Meriç Orhan is an Istanbul-based artist, currently completing his undergraduate degree in Composition and Sound Technologies at Istanbul Bilgi University. His approach to sound draws on a conceptual and critical perspective, particularly in relation to cultural and philosophical contexts.
As part of his undergraduate studies, he has worked on various projects across contemporary classical composition, experimental electronic music, and multimedia composition, while in recent years his focus has increasingly shifted towards sound technologies, particularly audio recording, sound design, and post-production.

I completed this project as part of the MUS 445 Stereo Mixing course, finalizing a mix of Billie Jean by Michael Jackson with a focus on overall balance and natural sound, leaving -3 dBFS true peak headroom for mastering.
